PLANNING APPROVAL ASSESSMENT
Assessment is based in conjunction with 3 main documents (refer below) and will be determined either by delegated authority or full Council. By complying with these documents and providing justification where a variation is being sought, applications can be processed more efficiently. Where development has the potential to affect surrounding properties Council will undergo a consultation process and comments are taken into account when decisions are made.
