Worm Factory Worm Factories are available to Fremantle residents at a low cost. The Reln Worm Factory comes with four moulded plastic legs, plus an information and instruction manual. Worms are extra. For further information call the City's Service and Information Centre on 9432 9899.
Green Cones The Green Cone is for sale to Fremantle residents at a subsidised rate. The green cone is delivered and comes with an instruction manual and a 400g sample pack of accelerator powder. Chemical Free Weed Control Program Council currently employs a non-chemical method of weed control on its footpath, medians and road kerbs. Overhanging Vegetation Trees, shrubs, and vines obstructing pedestrian progress along footpaths from private property should be reported to reduce the risk to footpath users. Council will request for residents/ratepayers to prune or remove vegetation. Residents can contact Parks and Gardens on 9432 9854 or 9432 9801.
Street Tree Enquiries - Maintenance Street tree maintenance such as pruning for sightline clearances (vision from intersections, driveways etc), and powerline pruning are part of Council's pruning programme.
