OUTCOME
The City of Fremantle Town Planning Scheme 3 (TPS3) Amendment No. 57 for the Fremantle Eastern Bypass was gazetted on 14 May 2004. This ends the rezoning process that began in 2002. The land is now rezoned in TPS3.
The amendment sets in place local zones and reserves for land in the former Fremantle Eastern Bypass reserve. The reserve was deleted from the Metropolitan Region Scheme in April 2004.
The text of the amendment is set out here. The amended scheme maps are in the link below. The ‘north’ sheet covers the area between High Street and Samson Street and the ‘south’ sheet, from Samson Street to Healy Road.
