Major Land Transaction - 45 Pakenham & 48 Henry Streets
The City of Fremantle proposes to enter into a Major Land Transaction through the disposal of 45 Pakenham and 48 Henry Streets in Fremantle.
A Business Plan has been prepared for the sale of the two properties owned by the City of Fremantle. These 2 properties are Lot 91 Henry Street (Property address: 48 Henry Street) and Lot 116 Pakenham Street (Property address: 45 Pakenham St).
