Public Comment - Major Land Transaction: Fremantle Markets

The City of Fremantle proposes to enter into a major land transaction, being the disposal of parcels of land located at 74 South Terrace, Fremantle, and known as the "Fremantle Markets", by way of lease for a term of 21 years to Fremantle Markets Pty Ltd.

A copy of the business plan relating to the proposed major land transaction is available for inspection by clicking HERE - click on "Business Plan" (underlined in text on the front page) or scroll to page 2.

Copies are also available at Fremantle City Library or the Service & Information Centre, 8 William Street, Fremantle. For enquiries, call 9432 9711.
