All requests must be lodged in writing either by submitting a letter or completing the request form.
Note that all complaints and requests remain highly confidential, however the City of Fremantle is subject to the Freedom of Information Act and you may be required to give evidence in Court. Anonymous complaints and requests will only be responded to if it is an urgent matter of high risk to public health or safety.
When submitting the form, please give as much detail as possible so we can investigate the issue efficiently.
