Use of Images from this Collection

Electronic Image Without The Watermark
For Private or Non Commercial Use
Fill out and sign the ‘Application for use’ form, with the number of the image you require and your address details, and send to us.
For Commercial Use
Fill out and sign the ‘Application for use’ form and fax to us with a cheque or money order for the required amount made out to Fremantle City Library

Conditions of Use:

The applicant provides full contact details including email address (if available) with any order
All use of images must acknowledge the Fremantle City Library Local History Collection and the image number
A signed application for commercial use form must be submitted detailing the proposed use.
Permission to use images in any publication is subject to your agreement to the above.

Handling Fees for any Public or Commercial Use

For Fremantle or East Fremantle residents (individuals or organizations) and for use of images in a work where the content consists totally of Fremantle or East Fremantle - $11 per image to a maximum of $88 for any one transaction
For all other reproductions for commercial purposes (ie in a work for sale, décor for a commercial building, book etc) - $22 per image used
This fee must be paid in advance before the image is released
A signed application for commercial use form must be submitted, detailing the proposed use
