The Toy Library provides toys and resources for children and their carers. Toy library material is carefully chosen so that it non-sexist, non-racist, non-violent and environmentally sensitive.
To be eligible to join you must be a resident or ratepayer of the City of Fremantle or Town of East Fremantle. Child must be aged between 0 and 6 years.
