IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SAMSON VACATION CARE - not operating at present (August 2008)

CENTRE HOURS
The centre will be open from 8.00 am until 6.00 PM and arrangements should be made to collect children by this time. There is a late fee in place of $5.00 every 15 minutes that each child is picked up late. Children must be dropped off prior to 9.30 unless otherwise stated on the programme or arranged with the centre manager.

THE PROGRAMME
Each day the children should come provided with their own lunch and drink and dressed appropriately for the day’s activities. Please ensure that children have a hat and sunscreen for all days (Slip. Slop, Slap) and jumper if the weather is cold.
Due to changing weather the programme may change without warning, however, our qualified staff has already planned activities if we can’t enjoy our planned activities in the great outdoors.

CHILDCARE BENEFIT (CCB)
All families are eligible for CCB it is important to ensure that you are registered with the Family Assistance Office (13 6150) as soon as possible so that correct payment can be organised. Please ensure that your children are registered for care at the Samson Vacation Care (Reference No 555 009 721L).

PRICE
The fees for the programme are $29.5 per day if you are eligible for the Childcare Benefit (CCB) it will be deducted from this price. All payments for the vacation care are required up front. If you have some financial problem in making the entire fee in one payment then please speak to the centre manager to discuss any possible arrangements for paying in instalments.

BOOKINGS
As places are limited please secure your place by returning the booking form with full payment.

Bookings will not be confirmed without a signed booking form and full payment.

Please note when dropping off and picking your child up it is essential that you sign them in/out. This is for security and payment purpose.
