Searching for organisations
When searching in the Organisation Name Box, use part of the Organisation name rather than typing in the whole name. You can use an * to truncate your search. Ensure all spelling and word order is correct.For example: Fremantle Childrens Literature Centre NOT Fremantle Literature Centre

You can also BROWSE the list of terms by clicking on the Browse button

Subject searching
You can type in the subject if you know what you are looking for. Subject is a specific list , not a free word search so you need to type in the exact phrase.
A better method is to click on the Browse button so that you can search the contents of the Subject Field
; Select the word wheel next to the subject box, type in the subject you are searching for. Select GO TO. Paste in this subject, select close.

Keyword searching
Keyword searching is searching across a number of fields, name, subject, purpose or description. This is a free text search.
