Reason for Decision

City Planning Scheme 4 has been prepared consistent with the Fremantle City Plan, the Fremantle Planning Strategy and the existing policy framework. The Council adopted the scheme with modifications as outlined in the report in recognition of submissions received and with due consideration the economic, environmental and social implications.
